Do you take made-to-measure orders, or do you make workwear according to the size chart we provide?
Yes, we do. We can follow the size chart that provide from you, without any extra charges. But for those who require individual made-to-measure sizes, there will be an additional charge.
I am not from Malaysia. Do you supply or take on projects from other countries?
Yes, we have supplied our uniforms to Europe before. The client provided the design, and we sourced the materials locally. No need to worry, it worked!
As an agent, my client is looking for company workwear. Can I purchase from you at a lower price?
We do not hire any agents or middlemen to market our sales in Malaysia. However, we welcome and seek all types of business cooperation outside Malaysia. Please feel free to contact us if you have any creative ideas for collaboration.
I would like to order workwear from you. Do you have any sales representatives who can bring some samples or materials to my office instead of me visiting your shop?
You can either come visit us at our workwear office or we can bring all the materials and product samples according to your request to meet you.
Do we have to pay for the sample?
Payment is required for those ready-made product samples, and a deposit will be refunded when the sample is returned, even if the order is denied. For customized designs, there will be a charge for the sample, whether or not the order is confirmed. However, we can waive this sample charge if the sample is made after we receive a purchase order for the entire project, or a 50% deposit for the total order amount.
Do you provide free design?
We do not provide free design from scratch. However, we can draft a few designs for your reference. In order to assist you to the best of our professional experience and expertise, we require you to provide us with your thoughts and ideas as much as possible. This consultation is free of charge!
